Consulting
You as our client give us an order to advise you and assist you with all your travel queries. For this service you agree to pay a service fee. With this agreement exist a contract between you as our client and us. The order you can send via internet by mail or telephone. All contract laws are handled through the ” Bürgerliche Gesetz Buch” §§ 675, 631 ff. BGB and §§ 651 a BGB.
Payment
The payment is due after the invoice processed. Usually you pay in EURO €. It is possible to make a transfer in the bank account or to pay by paypal. If you cancel your order before invoicing we keep 50 % of the agreed service fee. After invoicing it is 100 %. In any case it is not refundable.
Travel Document, Visa, Customs. Health
All clients have to check with their foreign ministry regarding all travel procedures as visas, passport, safety etc. We are not liable for any mistakes in this issue which made before you travel.
Liability
We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by e.g. airlines, hotels, insurance companies or tour operators happens while you are travelling.We are consultants and advise you as best as we can to prevent any case of inconvenience for you as a client. In case e.g. airlines got in chapter 11 or bancrupt you have to deal with these situations. We are not a travel agency or tour operator we are travel management advisors.
There excists not a contract handled though §§ 651 at BGB between you and us. This contract excists between you and e.g. the airlines, tour operators or hotels. We are doing bookings only if you send us your authorisation (authorize form) and you agree with the terms and conditons of the e.g. airlines, hotel or tour operators. We are just assist youself in any way of booking processes. We always use your provided information as name, cc card number to make you bookings as comfortable as possible in the internet or throughout other travel agencies!
Security
To do all your bookings we need all your information regarding names, adresses and payment. We forward / use this information to 3rd parties as airlines, travel agencies or tour operators to charge your card after the reservation in made. The process to send all this sensitive information are always secured through https:// SSL Protocoll with 128 bit Socket Secure Layer. All information you give us we handle very carefully. We asure you we do not use this information to any other party formarketing reasons.
